Job Overview

Job Description

Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for artificial intelligence, automation and machine-learning solutions.
Design AI system architectures, technical workflows, data structures and integration models.
Develop technical specifications for AI applications, automation tools, chatbots, data platforms and business systems.
Work with internal teams and external technology providers to implement AI solutions.
Integrate AI tools with cloud platforms, databases, APIs, CRM systems and business-management software.
Assess the suitability, performance, security and scalability of proposed AI technologies.
Design data flows and ensure that data is collected, processed and stored accurately and securely.
Support the development and deployment of machine-learning and generative-AI solutions.
Configure and test AI models, automation processes and system integrations.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements, upgrades and corrective action.
Produce system architecture diagrams, technical documentation, user requirements and implementation plans.
