We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing civil and structural engineering consultancy, seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to step into a genuine leadership role. You'll combine technical design work with team management and client relationship ownership, across a varied and growing project pipeline.

Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing a team of civil engineers, supporting their technical development
- Taking ownership of key client accounts and acting as main point of contact on project delivery
- Overseeing design quality across a portfolio of civil engineering projects
- Contributing to KPIs and reporting directly into the Directors

Requirements:

- Chartered status (CEng MICE or CMIHT), or very close to achieving it
- Proven experience managing or mentoring a team, including staff development
- Strong, recent hands-on design experience within a development or house-builder context site set-up, roads and sewers design
- Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD (expert level)
