Congress Bookers is a healthcare-compliant international travel group specialising in accommodation, ground services, meetings and events for groups attending medical congresses worldwide. Our multilingual team supports pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations, business travel agencies and other partners from planning through delivery. A Medical Meeting Professional Certificate or Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate is welcome, but neither is required.

We are seeking a commercially minded Business Development Specialist to research, identify and develop new B2B opportunities for our international medical congress travel services.

Key responsibilities:
- Research prospective pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations and business travel agencies.
- Build and qualify prospect lists and identify decision-makers.
- Make first contact by email, telephone and LinkedIn.
- Present accommodation, group travel and ground-service solutions for international medical congresses.
- Develop new-market plans and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Attend industry events including IMEX, IBTM and ATM.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate handover to internal teams.

Requirements:
- 2 5 years in B2B sales, business development, tourism, events or a related field.
- Strong research, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence with CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Advanced English; Spanish, German, French, Italian or Arabic is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- MMP or HMCC certification is welcome but not required.
