Congress Bookers is a healthcare-compliant international travel group specialising in accommodation, ground services, meetings and events for groups attending medical congresses worldwide. Our multilingual team supports pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations, business travel agencies and other partners from planning through delivery. A Medical Meeting Professional Certificate or Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate is welcome, but neither is required.

We are seeking a service-oriented Customer & Sales Specialist to support clients booking accommodation and ground services for international medical congresses.

Key responsibilities:
- Respond to client enquiries and recommend suitable accommodation and ground services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up open opportunities.
- Support pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations, agencies and group organisers through the sales and booking process.
- Build strong client relationships and identify repeat and additional business.
- Coordinate with hotels, suppliers and internal operations colleagues.
- Maintain accurate CRM, quotation and client records.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
- 2 5 years in customer service, sales, travel, hospitality, events or group bookings.
- Excellent English communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence with CRM, Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Additional languages and experience in B2B travel or medical events are advantageous.
- MMP or HMCC certification is welcome but not required.
