THE OPPORTUNITY

As Head of Finance and Corporate Services, you will take ownership of GNPL's financial infrastructure at a formative stage, including the organisation's opening Statement of Affairs and the verification of its N20 billion minimum capital deposit.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prepare and coordinate GNPL's opening Statement of Affairs, certified by the Directors and external Auditors.
Manage the verification process for the organisation's minimum capital requirement held in escrow.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, treasury management and statutory reporting.
Coordinate GNPL's relationship with its external Auditors.
Oversee corporate services functions, including procurement, facilities and general administration.
