THE OPPORTUNITY

This role offers direct ownership of GNPL's investment function from inception, including the design of the organisation's Investment Policy and its first asset allocation strategy, under the oversight of the Board Investment Strategy Committee.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop GNPL's Investment Policy, covering income recognition, valuation and portfolio procedures.
Design and execute the fund's asset allocation strategy in line with PenCom's investment regulations.
Establish and service the Board Investment Strategy Committee.
Oversee portfolio construction, performance monitoring and asset valuation.
Coordinate with GNPL's Pension Fund Custodian on the safekeeping and reconciliation of fund assets.
