THE OPPORTUNITY

GNPL is building its operations function from the ground up, including a new branch network spanning Nigeria's six geopolitical zones. As Head of Operations, you will design the systems, processes and service standards that will define the contributor and retiree experience at a new PFA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead the roll-out of GNPL's branch network across all six geopolitical zones.
Build and own the Retirement Savings Account (RSA) operations function, from registration through to benefit payment.
Design record-keeping and service standards that support an effective Management Information System.
Establish complaint-resolution processes and customer service standards for contributors and retirees.
Build, train and lead an operations team ready for PenCom's inspection and beyond.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A first degree and a postgraduate degree, or a recognised professional certification.
A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience, including at least 8 years in the financial services sector.
At least 10 years of cognate experience in operations or benefits administration.
A minimum of 5 years of top management experience.
Strong process discipline and a track record of building or scaling operational functions
