JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Operations Supervisor to support the efficient delivery of business operations. The successful candidate will monitor operational processes, oversee production activities, coordinate vendors, support supply chain and distribution, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure adherence to established processes and service standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance and timely service delivery.
- Manage departmental procurement requests, including raising purchase orders, obtaining approvals, and reconciling invoices.
- Track stock levels, manage reorders, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for Management.
- Support regulatory compliance activities, including documentation, internal audits, and regulatory submissions.
- Liaise with Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial teams on cross-functional operational matters.
- Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and process improvements within Operations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and escalate complex matters to Management.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree, minimum Second Class Lower, in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 5 years relevant experience in operations or process management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of stock management, procurement cycles, and logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
