Remote Full-Time International Candidates Welcome

We’re looking for a Growth & Digital Outbound Specialist to help drive lead generation, outbound engagement, and client acquisition in a fully remote environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with prospects, building relationships, and turning outbound conversations into qualified business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
Research and qualify leads based on business needs and fit
Manage outreach, follow-ups, and prospect conversations
Conduct consultative sales calls and present relevant solutions
Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data in CRM systems
Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and results
Work with the team on growth and revenue initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or client acquisition
Confident with cold calling and outbound prospecting
Experience using LinkedIn and email for business outreach
Strong written and spoken English
Good communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable learning and using CRM and digital sales tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet and a suitable home-working setup
Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Compensation & Benefits
$11 $13/hour base pay, depending on experience
Performance-based commissions
