Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (JB6273)

R15 000 to R20 000 a month CTC

An established furniture manufacturing company requires a confident and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a demanding environment, handling confidential information, managing multiple priorities and communicating proactively with management, employees and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric or an equivalent qualification
A relevant Secretarial, Administrative or Business Management qualification would be advantageous
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrator
Experience supporting a Managing Director, CEO or senior executive would be advantageous
Strong personality with a confident and professional manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently
Able to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Strong diary, meeting and task-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Able to prepare professional correspondence, documents and reports
Comfortable taking instruction while also using initiative
Able to manage pressure, changing priorities and tight deadlines
