A contract Nurse Practitioner opportunity is available in Austin, Minnesota, providing comprehensive primary care services to employees and their families including patients age 2 and older.

Role Highlights
• Contract: 10/05/2026 12/31/2026
• 36 hours/week
• Rotating 12-hour shifts every two weeks
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Shift: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM
• Potential opportunity to convert to permanent

What You'll Do
• Provide comprehensive primary care
• Annual physicals & preventive care
• Well-woman, well-child & sports physicals
• Immunizations
• Acute same-day visits & minor procedures
• Laboratory services & point-of-care testing
• Provider medication dispensing
• Care management & health education
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical support team

Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher
1+ year in Primary Care, Pediatric Care, OR Care Management
1+ year with Epic Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, OR Epic Inpatient
Valid Minnesota Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
