Duties

Provide professional beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massages, and other skincare services with precision and care
Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual skin types and preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and creating a relaxing experience for every client
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health regulations
Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and product usage to ensure consistent quality
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide expert advice and service excellence
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Qualified Level 2/3 Beauty Therapist
Skilled in massages, waxing and facial treatments
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engage with clients and team members
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments
Enthusiastic about continuous training to keep up with industry trends and techniques

Reigate RH2 7LL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:

Deep tissue massage: 1 year (preferred)
