You will:

Lead lessons confidently when teachers are unavailable

Support pupils through targeted interventions

Work closely with teaching staff to enhance learning outcomes

Help create a positive, nurturing classroom environment

You’ll need:

HLTA status or proven experience delivering lessons

A caring, proactive approach

Strong behaviour management skills

An Enhanced DBS
