A busy and professional motor dealership based in Umhlanga is looking for a vibrant, friendly and well-presented Hostess / Customer Liaison to join their front-of-house team.

As the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership, you will be the face of the business and play an important role in creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience for every customer.

The ideal candidate will have a naturally bubbly personality, excellent communication skills and take pride in their personal presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers entering the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
Establish the purpose of each customer's visit and guide them to the correct dealership department or staff member
Direct customers to the dealership's welcoming area / coffee shop while they wait
Ensure customers are attended to promptly
Assist customers with general enquiries and provide appropriate direction
Liaise with sales, service and other dealership departments when customers arrive
Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment
Ensure every customer receives a positive first impression of the dealership
Provide excellent customer service at all times

Minimum Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills
Very well-spoken and confident when dealing with customers
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Friendly, warm and bubbly personality
Customer-focused with excellent people skills
Professional telephone and face-to-face manner
Energetic and approachable
Able to communicate confidently with customers and dealership staff
Reliable and punctual
Previous customer service, hostess, reception or front-of-house experience would be advantageous

Salary & Benefits
R10 000 - R18 000 per month depending on experience.
