Key Responsibilities

On-Site & Community Sourcing:

Travel to target locations, job fairs, barangay centers, vocational schools, and local communities to generate a pipeline of applicants.

Conduct ground-level sourcing campaigns (e.g., flier distribution, local posting, word-of-mouth outreach).

Screening & Assessment:

Conduct initial interviews, background checks, and document verification (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, NBI clearance, COE).

Evaluate candidate qualifications, physical readiness, and trade skills against job specifications.

Onboarding & Placement:

Facilitate on-site end-to-end processing, from application filling to medical endorsement and contract signing.

Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and HR headquarters to ensure timely deployment.

Reporting & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with local government units (PESO), community leaders, and training centers.

Maintain recruitment logs, track hiring metrics, and report field activities regularly.
