Job Description

•Develop and implement resource planning strategies to allocate labor, equipment, and storage space based on forecasted demand and seasonal fluctuations.
•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order cycle time, picking accuracy, and labor utilization, and recommend process improvements.
•Analyze warehouse operational data, including inbound/outbound volume, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment metrics, to optimize workflow efficiency.
•Conduct cost analysis related to staffing, transportation, and storage to improve operational efficiency and reduce overhead expenses.
•Design operational models to improve warehouse layout, storage utilization, and material handling processes.
•Coordinate cross-functional planning between procurement, transportation, and warehouse teams to ensure timely distribution and inventory accuracy.
