Responsibilities:
- Prepare, issue, and send out accurate invoices to clients.
- Review billing data to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile monthly accounts.
- Maintain and update customer billing records in our system.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist, Billing Clerk, or in a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
