Job Description

We are seeking an experienced California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide therapeutic and behavioral health services. The LMFT will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual/group/family counseling, and support patients with mental health and substance use concerns.

Qualifications:

- Current and valid California LMFT license.
- Minimum 12 continuous months of relevant experience within the last 3 years in a public or private institution.
- Internships do not count toward the required experience.

Responsibilities:

- Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Use CBT and other evidence-based interventions for SUD and behavioral health needs.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist with transition/discharge planning and community referrals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes.
- Attend required meetings, trainings, and case conferences.
