Manage the Smart Entrepreneurs Manager (SEM) channel in tier-2 cities and neighboring districts by recruiting, training
and supporting insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard insurance agents in assigned territories.
• Train agents and support them in conducting insurance business.
• Build strong relationships with agents and local partners.
• Drive business generation through the agency network.
• Achieve assigned sales and recruitment targets.
• Conduct territory visits and monitor agent performance.
