About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications using Java and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
Design and implement scalable and reliable software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other team members.
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
Optimize application performance and ensure application security.
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and development practices.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Good understanding of Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
Experience with REST APIs and Microservices.
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version-control systems.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
Good understanding of software development and debugging practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Spring Security.
Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.
Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
Understanding of Kafka or other messaging systems.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant professional experience in Java development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
