Pegasus International Logistics is an wholly Australian-owned Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker to the local and International community.
We are urgently seeking a skilled and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support the optimisation of our end-to-end supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse end-to-end supply chain operations across print production, strategic sourcing, branded merchandise, packaging, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and service gaps, and recommend targeted improvements
- Support the development and execution of integrated supply chain strategies across PML’s sourcing, production, and 3PL/4PL logistics services to enhance customer experience, service delivery outcomes, and operational efficiency
- Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities across procurement, global sourcing, branded merchandise supply, and multi-channel distribution processes, applying continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and scalability
- Evaluate existing workflows, systems, and warehouse operations within PML’s facilities to improve inventory accuracy, order processing efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Provide data-driven analysis and advisory recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients to optimise supply chain performance, including cost reduction, lead time improvement, and service level enhancement across integrated service offerings
- Prepare and present analytical reports, business insights, and process improvement proposals to refine operational procedures, streamline workflows, and support innovation in PML’s end-to-end supply chain solutions
- Support the implementation of approved process improvements across strategic sourcing, print production coordination, warehousing, and distribution functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service delivery standards
- Analyse and interpret key supply chain performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between procurement, production, warehouse, logistics teams, and external suppliers/partners to support efficient execution of supply chain strategies, including shipment tracking, invoicing processes, and delivery scheduling
- Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and analytical support to team members to strengthen supply chain capabilities, process improvement practices, and operational efficiency across the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Alternative, at least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for the qualification
- Proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management systems, or supply chain software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
