WE’RE HIRING ACTIVITIES CO-ORDINATORS
Fairfield Nursing Home, Heswall

12.71 per hour 24 hours per week

We’re looking for two friendly, enthusiastic Activities Co-ordinators to join our lovely team at Fairfield Nursing Home.

Fairfield is a small, friendly 30-room nursing home, which means there’s plenty of opportunity to really get to know our residents their interests, favourite things and what makes them happy.

The role could include:
Music, games and creative activities
One-to-one time and companionship
Trips out and special events
Celebrations and themed days
Coming up with new ideas based around our residents

Hours: 10am 4pm, 4 days per week / 24 hours
The rota is shared between two Activities Co-ordinators and includes alternate weekends.
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

Experience working with older people is welcomed, and an understanding of dementia care would be beneficial. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone kind, creative, patient and genuinely interested in people.
