Position : Administrator / Admin Manager
Salary Range : 7000 AED 15,645 AED
Location : Dubai Muhaisnah
Language : Spoken Mandarin (HSK 5-6), (English or Arabic, optional)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for employee visa application, collection, and interviews; monitoring local government visa information closely and ensuring its accuracy and timely dissemination.

2. Answering employee visa-related questions, handling exceptions, and prioritizing the protection of foreign employees' visa and work legality.

3. Assisting with monthly employee payroll and salary preparation.

4. Maintaining good interpersonal skills with colleagues and superiors.

Educational Qualifications

1. University Diploma

Work Experience

· 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5-6), with 3 years of experience in HR, visa, and administration;

2. Practical experience in Dubai visa processing, familiar with local immigration regulations, experience in HR/administration at a Dubai company preferred, or experience in Web3 or blockchain industries is a plus;

3. Proficient in professional knowledge, able to apply it to meet company business needs, strong stress resistance, execution, and communication skills.
