WE’RE HIRING RELIEF TRAVEL SPECIALIST ️

Are you an experienced Inbound Travel Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating exceptional travel experiences?

My client is looking for a Relief Travel Specialist to support consultants across their desks, ensuring seamless service when team members are on leave, attending training or during peak booking periods.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Manage consultants’ desks and ongoing proposals
• Handle requotes and provisional bookings
• Create creative, tailor-made itineraries
• Assist with agent and hosted educational bookings
• Support Sales and preferred supplier partners
• Assist with booking loading during peak periods
• Follow up on provisional bookings and dormant leads
• Assist with systems testing and implementation
• Participate in rotational emergency duty

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
️ 3 5 years’ inbound tour consulting experience
️ Strong knowledge of Southern & East Africa
️ Tourplan experience advantageous
️ WETU and MS Office proficiency
️ Excellent product and destination knowledge
️ Strong administration and attention to detail
️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
️ Calm, professional and service-driven
️ Creative, curious and adaptable
️ A genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences
