WE’RE HIRING ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER
KwaZulu-Natal Live-in, Luxury Safari Lodge

Are you an experienced finance professional looking to take the next step in your hospitality career?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Assistant Finance Manager to join a luxury safari lodge in KZN.

THE ROLE
You will support the Finance Manager with the day-to-day financial operations of the lodge, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and effective cost management.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
️ Matric / Grade 12
️ Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
️ 3 5 years' relevant finance/accounting experience
️ Experience with creditors, debtors and reconciliations
️ Strong month-end and financial reporting experience
️ Excellent Excel and computer skills
️ Experience with stock and cost control
️ Strong attention to detail and numerical ability
️ High level of integrity and confidentiality
️ Hospitality/lodge experience is highly advantageous
️ Experience with PMS/POS or hospitality accounting systems advantageous

A proactive finance professional who can work confidently with HODs, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Procurement and Operations, while maintaining strict financial controls and deadlines.
