SOUS CHEF LUXURY SAFARI LODGE
Near Musina, Limpopo

A prestigious 4-star luxury lodge is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join its culinary team.

The Opportunity
Work in an exclusive luxury lodge environment
Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Deliver consistently high-quality, beautifully presented cuisine
Maintain excellent food, hygiene and kitchen standards
Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service

We’re Looking For

Previous Sous Chef experience, preferably within a luxury lodge, safari or 4-star/5-star hospitality environment
Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Confident team leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for exceptional guest experiences
Location: Near Musina, Limpopo
Property: 4-Star Luxury Lodge

Salary: up to R10 000, live-in with discounts on meals
