• Work Location: Marikina Head Office / Project Sites (Marikina & Rizal Areas)
• Work Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Day Shift
• Work Set-up: Onsite Monday - Friday

Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer who will supervise construction activities from project start through turnover. The role will be responsible for ensuring that construction works are carried out according to approved plans, project standards, and specifications while supporting site operations and addressing technical concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer and have passed the Professional License Exam.
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience specifically in housing/residential construction.
• Experience in the residential or real estate industry is required.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing and able to travel to various TM project sites in Marikina and Rizal.
• Willing to work onsite at the Marikina Head Office and assigned project sites.
