What You’ll Do:

* Assemble solid wood furniture using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
* Prepare and fit components so pieces come together properly
* Install drawers, hardware, and other components while maintaining quality standards
* Identify and help solve fit, finish, or assembly issues as they come up
* Keep your workspace organized and help support a smooth production flow
* Support other areas of production as needed

What We’re Looking For:

* Hands-on experience in carpentry, woodworking, furniture assembly, manufacturing, construction, or similar work is preferred, but not required
* Curious and mechanically minded interested in learning how things fit together, solving problems, and building new hands-on skills
* Comfortable working with tools and learning new equipment and techniques
* Able to follow instructions, stay focused, and balance quality with a productive pace
* Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to doing quality work

Schedule:

* Monday Friday, starting at 6 AM
* Occasional Saturday mornings as needed
* vertime available

Pay:

* Typical starting range: $16 $18/hour, based on skills and experience, with potential earnings of $17 $21/hour with incentives and room to grow
