Job Description

Turn solid wood into precision furniture components using CNC technology. At Copeland Furniture, you’ll operate CNC equipment, work from production specifications, and see the parts you produce become quality finished furniture.

What You’ll Do:

* Set up and operate CNC woodworking equipment to produce furniture components
* Work from prints, cut lists, measurements, and process information
* Measure and verify parts for accuracy and quality
* Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed
* Troubleshoot problems and look for ways to improve quality and efficiency
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

* CNC, machining, woodworking machinery, or related hands-on manufacturing experience preferred
* Mechanical aptitude and an interest in understanding how things work
* Comfortable working with measurements and production information
* Able to troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new processes
* Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to quality work

Schedule:

* Monday Friday, with a start time between 6 AM and 7 AM
* Occasional Saturday mornings as needed

Pay:

* $17 $19/hour base pay, based on skills and experience
* Benefits plus potential bonus
