Compensation & High-Earning Potential
Base Salary: $140,000 $160,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications & Leadership Criteria
Credentials: Active, unencumbered California Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Track Record: Proven success managing skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) with strong financial results and stellar survey histories.
Strategic Vision: Advanced proficiency in financial reporting, P&L management, budget preparation, and census development.
Executive Presence: Strong communication and relational skills with patients, families, medical staff, and community stakeholders.
