Your Role as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care including:
Preventive care & health promotion
Diagnosis, treatment & management of acute and chronic conditions
Patient education and community-focused care
Coordination and referrals as needed
You’ll work with autonomy and purpose, supported by a collaborative care team that shares your passion for serving others.

What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Active Arizona NP & RN or PA license
Current DEA certification
CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Strong clinical judgment & patient communication skills
Commitment to community health and underserved populations
Valid AZ Driver’s License

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
