Cirkal Financial Services is expanding throughout Florida and looking for motivated individuals who want to build an independent career in financial services.

As a Retirement & Protection Specialist, you'll help individuals and families better understand insurance protection, retirement strategies, annuities, and other financial solutions while building your own book of business.

What You'll Do

You'll be trained to:

Conduct client discovery appointments
Educate families about insurance and retirement concepts
Identify potential protection and retirement needs
Present appropriate solutions within your license
Develop client and referral relationships
Build and manage your own book of business
Florida 2-15 License Required

A Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License is required to perform licensed activities.

Agent Agreement/Platform Code Administrative Fee: $125
Pre-Licensing Course: $199 standard or approximately $29.95 with available agency code
Florida Licensing Exam: approximately $44
Florida Fingerprinting: approximately $50+
Florida License Application/ID Fees: approximately $55
Ethics & Anti-Money Laundering Training: approximately $20
E&O Insurance through Marsh: premium varies by coverage

Internship Program Learn the business, participate in training and professional development, and prepare to become licensed. Interns cannot perform activities requiring an insurance license.

Referral Partnership Program Build relationships and make approved referrals while licensed professionals handle regulated insurance activities. Referral activities and any compensation are subject to applicable laws and compliance requirements.

Compensation Disclosure

This is a 1099 independent-contractor, commission-only opportunity. There is no salary, hourly wage, guaranteed commission, or guaranteed income. Earnings vary based on individual activity and production.
