Commercial Installers Piece-Rate 1099 Independent Contractor Travel
OUI Installation Group is building crews for projects nationwide.

OUR SCOPE OF WORK: Flat-Rate - Piece Pay - Travel Required
Commercial walk-in cooler & freezer erection
IMP (insulated metal panel) install & erection
Refrigerated warehouse erection & install
Steel installation
Carpentry, trim & silicone finish work
Door install glass, swing & slide
Blueprint-driven layout & install
Refrigerated & non-refrigerated builds, all sizes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Willing and able to travel to job sites nationwide
• Experience in commercial construction, refrigeration structures, or related install trades
• Comfortable reading blueprints and working from a scope of work
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently as a contractor
• Small crews and solo installers are both welcome to apply

PAY STRUCTURE: Laborer 1.0x Experienced 1.25x Laborer Foreman/Lead 1.75x
Flat-rate piece pay assigned per project on a PO/invoice basis. Pay scales with role and job scope the more you take on, the more you earn.
