Position: 100% Remote 1099 Independent Contractor
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Core Responsibilities:
Receive and process corporate travel requests via phone, email, and video chat for business executives and remote teams.
Compare commercial flight schedules, corporate hotel rates, and rental car options to deliver fast, cost-effective options within company travel policies.
Issue e-tickets, manage schedule changes, and process fast-turnaround rebookings for cancelled or delayed flights.
Maintain precise records of business client travel preferences, loyalty numbers, and billing details.
Required Skills:
Active Reading: High-level reading comprehension to quickly analyze corporate travel rules, flight fare logic, and cancellation policies.
Active Listening: Capability to take rapid, accurate notes during phone calls with busy corporate clients.
Tech Literacy: Basic computer skills (typing 40+ WPM, internet navigation, basic spreadsheet entry, software navigation).
Communication: Calm, assertive phone and video communication style suited for fast-paced business environments.
Compensation: Performance-based 1099 compensation based on booking volume and account retainers. Target annual earnings range from $35,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on full-time vs. part-time schedule dedication.
Training & Onboarding: Full technical training program included. Covers corporate booking engines, global distribution basics, client management tools, and continuous vendor policy updates.
