Remote Outbound Telemarketing Agents (Project-Based)

We're expanding and looking for highly motivated Remote Outbound Telemarketing Agents to support exciting B2B campaigns across Lead Generation, Event RSVP, Data Profiling, and Appointment Setting.

What You'll Do

-Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to prospective and existing customers.
-Generate qualified leads and identify business opportunities.
-Invite contacts to webinars, seminars, and corporate events (RSVP campaigns).
-Conduct Data Profiling (DP) to verify and update customer information.
-Qualify prospects based on campaign requirements and schedule appointments for the sales team.
-Accurately update CRM records and maintain detailed call notes.
-Meet daily productivity and campaign KPIs while delivering a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

-Excellent spoken English with clear and professional communication skills.
-Minimum 1 year of B2B telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound call center experience.
-Experience handling Lead Generation, RSVP, Data Profiling, or Appointment Setting campaigns is highly preferred.
-Strong interpersonal, probing, and objection-handling skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
-Comfortable using CRM systems and following call scripts.
-Stable internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a quiet workspace for remote work.
