Job Description

1) Lead and support daily manufacturing process to ensure stable production performance.

2) Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process and quality issues.

3) Drive process improvement, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiative.

4) Lead qualification activities for new products, materials, tooling, equipment, and process changes.

5) Prepare and maintain process documentation (SOP, WI & PFMEA)

6) Coordinate engineering activities with Production, Quality, Maintenance, SQE and other cross-functional teams.

Job requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering
Experience in metal stamping, precision stamping or cover manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
Minimum 2 to 3 years related working experience in Process Engineering in manufacturing environment
Good communication skill.
Able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
Extrovert, team player, self-starter and proactive.
