**Opportunities in London, Kent and Essex**
Advanced Building & Maintenance Services Ltd are looking to hire a Multi-Trader / Bathroom Adaptations fitter. OWN VAN IS ESSENTIAL
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Sole Trader Role

Hours - Mon-Friday, 8-5pm

Advanced Building & Maintenance will do the following:

Liaise with tenants
Manage all job admin
Supply waste disposal
Order main material components
Payment runs weekly
Allocate dedicated contracts manager per area
Pay and overtime rates: Competitive - price work

Works include:

New bathroom installs
Bathroom repairs including Aids & Adaptation works
Plumbing
Tiling
Carpentry
Plastering
Painting
Advanced Building & Maintenance will do the following:
Liaise with tenants

Payment runs weekly
Allocate dedicated contracts manager per area

**Greenwich, however, works cover the entirety of the London area**

(We do also have work in Kent & Essex)

A DBS check will be obtained if you are successful with the role of multi trader/bathroom fitter
