To support this growth, the company is seeking a dedicated Business Sales Executive to drive business development activities, strengthen referral partnerships, support client onboarding, coordinate outreach campaigns, and help expand the organisation's presence within the health, social care, and community sectors.

Role Overview

The Business Sales Executive will play a central role in the growth and development of RD Support Space Limited by generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with local authorities, community organisations, healthcare professionals, referral partners, and private clients, and supporting the onboarding of new service users.

The successful candidate will manage outreach activities, coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain referral networks, prepare service proposals, and support the company's mission of increasing access to high-quality mental health enabling support services.

This position is critical to ensuring sustainable growth, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting the company's long-term vision of becoming one of the UK's most trusted providers of mental health enabling support.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate and qualify new business opportunities across health, social care, community, and private sectors.
Develop relationships with local authorities, community organisations, healthcare professionals, charities, and referral partners.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and referral opportunities.
Promote the company's mental health enabling support services to relevant stakeholders.
Manage sales activities from initial enquiry through to service commencement.
Support business growth objectives through proactive networking and relationship-building activities.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
Coordinate the onboarding process for new service users and referral partners.
Act as a key point of contact for prospective clients, families, and partner organisations.
Ensure all client information and onboarding documentation are accurately completed.
Support a smooth transition from referral to service delivery.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Encourage long-term engagement and service satisfaction.
Marketing, Campaigns & Outreach
Coordinate outreach activities aimed at increasing awareness of the company's services.
Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Develop relationships with community groups, healthcare providers, local authorities, and support organisations.
Attend networking events, community engagement activities, and sector meetings.
Assist in maintaining the company's online presence and promotional materials.
Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and community engagement.
Partnership Development
Build and maintain productive relationships with referral agencies, community organisations, health professionals, and local authority representatives.
Identify opportunities for partnership working and collaborative initiatives.
Support the expansion of referral networks across the South West.
Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to promote services and strengthen professional relationships.
Represent the company professionally within the health and social care sector.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate CRM records and business development databases.
Track enquiries, referrals, conversions, and onboarding activities.
Prepare regular business development and sales reports for management.
Monitor performance against agreed targets and objectives.
Support continuous improvement of sales, referral, and onboarding processes.
Requirements
Essential
Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Recruitment, Community Engagement, or Client Relationship Management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience developing professional relationships with external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong customer service and engagement capabilities.
Confidence in conducting presentations, meetings, and outreach activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Full UK driving licence.
Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable
Experience within health and social care, mental health services, community services, recruitment, or related sectors.
Understanding of person-centred approaches and mental health support services.
Experience working with local authorities, healthcare providers, charities, or community organisations.
Experience managing referral partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
Experience supporting client onboarding processes.
