Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Housekeeping and Laundry teams
Oversee housekeeping stock ordering and monthly stock takes
Conduct room inspections to ensure exceptional standards
Manage housekeeping budgets and equipment
Train, mentor, and develop housekeeping staff
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel in an Executive Housekeeper or senior housekeeping role
• Previous leadership or management training preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a luxury hospitality environment
• Valid South African driver's licence (essential)
