Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (RQ00756)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 9+ Months
Rate: Market CAD/Hr + HST

Required Skills:
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) / Healthcare IT projects
• Ontario Public Sector / Healthcare experience
• BRD, Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
• Business Process Modeling, Use Cases, Data Flow Modeling
• Project Management concepts
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Agile/SDLC experience

Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Prepare BRDs, business cases, and project documentation
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and meetings
• Support EHR change requests and business process improvements
• Collaborate with project, development, and QA teams

Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in Ontario, Canada.

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Toronto).
