We are seeking a talented and dedicated Medical Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team at ALLDIGI TECH MANILA, INC. (AMI) in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to patient billing and insurance queries.

- Assist patients in understanding their statements, charges, and insurance coverage.

- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and claim rejections.

- Coordinate with internal billing, coding, and insurance teams to ensure accurate claim submission and resolution.

- Escalate complex issues to senior billing or compliance staff when necessary.

- Educate patients on payment plans, insurance benefits, and financial assistance options.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice medical billing account

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
