# HR Recruiter (On-Site) Katni, Madhya Pradesh

## About the Role

We are looking for a full-time **HR Recruiter** to lead large-scale hiring for our rapidly expanding businesses. Over the next few years, we plan to recruit **2,500+ employees**, including **EV Business Heads across all 766 Indian districts**, video editors, and professionals across multiple functions.

## Responsibilities

* Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
* Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality.
* Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

## Compensation

* ** 1.8 LPA Fixed Salary**
* ** 100 incentive** for every candidate who successfully completes **3 months of probation**
* Based on hiring targets, **total annual earnings can reach approximately 3.8 LPA**
* **Free private accommodation** (shared bathroom) within the factory premises

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
