Salary: $78,000 $85,000 + Superannuation

With rapid growth in both our Minto store and our thriving online shop, we’re on the lookout for a passionate, energetic Retail Manager to lead our hive!

What You’ll Be Doing
• Overseeing the day-to-day magic of our busy retail store
• Crafting clever purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies
• Showcasing and promoting our delicious honey products
• Sharing your sweet knowledge with customers from flavour notes to dietary benefits
• Managing stock, keeping accurate records, and ensuring financial transactions run smoothly
• Assisting with budgets and cost control under the Director’s guidance
• Recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring sales staff to deliver exceptional service
• Keeping our in-store and online retail operations running smoothly
• Handling customer feedback, exchanges, and refunds with care
• Ensuring our store meets all safety and compliance requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Hive
• A qualification in Management and IT
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management
• Bonus points for expertise in retail software and honey product knowledge
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Availability to work on-site at our Minto store
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service and team leadership
