Australian College of Tourism and Information Technology (ACTIT) is an established RTO and CRICOS-registered education provider delivering nationally recognised qualifications to domestic and international students.
We are currently seeking an experienced Campus Manager to lead and coordinate the administrative operations of our Cairns campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional to join a growing education provider and contribute to its ongoing success.
Key duties
• Planning, coordinating, and continuously improving administrative and operational servicesacross multiple ACTIT campuses to ensure effective service delivery and compliance withinstitutional policies and government regulations.
• Managing resources and facilities across campuses to support educational and administrativefunctions.
• Maintaining and overseeing administrative records, student documentation, and operationaland financial accounts.
• Liaising with internal academic and professional staff, students, and external stakeholders tocoordinate operations and resolve administrative.
• Supporting personnel-related activities, including recruitment assistance, and staffonboarding and training. Supervising administrative and support staff by allocating duties,monitoring performance, and ensuring work outcomes align with ACTIT operational prioritiesand service standards.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and relevantlegislative, regulatory, and ACTIT frameworks.
• Manage administrative staff, including workforce planning, task allocation, performance management, professional development, and supervision.
• Oversee the allocation and utilisation of office resources, facilities, equipment, and support services to maximise operational efficiency.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff development, leave administration, payroll coordination, and other personnel management activities.
Qualifications & Experience
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma, plus 2 years of relevant management experience; or
• At least 3 years of relevant management experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
