Full Time Office Manager
$78,000 - $85,000 (Commensurate with experience)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a competent and experienced Office Manager to take care of our office based in Seven Hills, NSW.
Reporting to management, the Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our Seven Hills office, ensuring our administrative systems, staff and resources run smoothly in support of Eco Care Group's manufacturing, formulation and trading operations. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role suited to someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing a broad range of office and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards across the business;
• Allocating human resources, office space and equipment to support day-to-day operations;
• Assigning work to, and monitoring the performance of, office and administrative staff;
• Managing office records and accounts, including documentation related to our product lines, suppliers and customers;
• Liaising with professionals such as accountants, suppliers, logistics partners and regulatory bodies to coordinate office business and resolve operational issues;
• Ensuring office equipment, IT systems and supplies are properly maintained;
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including those relevant to a chemical manufacturing and trading environment;
• Ensuring office operations comply with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures; and
• Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision.
Required Skills
• At least 2 years' experience working in a similar office management role;
• A competent, hardworking approach and a genuine willingness to learn;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong knowledge of online business systems and software; and
• A background in IT, accounting/economics, sales, marketing, or supply chain management (highly desirable).
