Position: Full-Time Child Care Worker
Little Stars Florina Pty Ltd, trading as Little Stars Early Learning, located at Shepparton, VIC is seeking a passionate, caring and experienced Full-Time Child Care Worker to join our dedicated early childhood education team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies.
• Assist in implementing educational programs and daily routines that promote children's physical, emotional, social and cognitive development.
• Support children's learning through play-based experiences and age-appropriate activities.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Assist children with daily routines including meals, hygiene, rest and personal care while encouraging independence.
• Observe children's development and contribute to documentation of learning and developmental milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean and engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment.
• Follow all health, safety, child protection and hygiene procedures, including maintaining appropriate supervision at all times.
• Work collaboratively with Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to support the delivery of the educational program.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years' relevant experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Current Working with Children Check (Victoria) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
