About the Role

We are seeking an organised and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business-critical projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, identify and resolve risks, and ensure that agreed outcomes are delivered to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator who can balance competing priorities, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and provide clear visibility into project progress. This role is well suited to someone who combines structured project management practices with a practical, collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and success measures.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Assign responsibilities and ensure project owners understand their deliverables and deadlines.
Monitor project progress and provide accurate status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget through a structured change-control process.
Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, workshops, and progress reviews.
Maintain clear and complete project documentation, including decisions, actions, risks, and lessons learned.
Ensure projects meet agreed quality, governance, compliance, and business requirements.
Support effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Manage supplier or third-party relationships where required.
Resolve delivery challenges and escalate significant risks or decisions promptly.
Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities to improve future project delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and reporting.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior audiences.
Experience using project-management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
Ability to work independently while building productive relationships across the organisation.
Preferred Qualifications
A recognised project-management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or Agile certification.
Experience working in an Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environment.
Experience managing budgets, procurement activities, or third-party suppliers.
Familiarity with portfolio, programme, or change-management practices.
Experience delivering technology, operational, transformation, or business-improvement projects.
Knowledge of project governance, benefits realisation, and quality-assurance processes.
Previous experience working within a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
