Role Overview & Job Description:

The IT Consultant is responsible for providing specialist technology and AI consulting services, supporting the design, implementation and optimisation of technology solutions for clients. The role involves business analysis, solution design, product strategy and stakeholder engagement to deliver innovative, efficient and commercially effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse client business requirements and identify technology solutions to support business objectives.

Provide expert advice on digital transformation, AI adoption and process improvement initiatives.

Design and develop solution strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans.

Gather, document and manage business, functional and technical requirements.

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and technical teams to support successful project delivery.

Produce solution documentation, process flows, reports and project materials.

Support the implementation of AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure delivery aligns with agreed objectives.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.

Contribute to business development activities and the growth of consultancy services.

Skills and experience:

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with experience in enterprise AI consulting, product strategy, business analysis and technology solution design. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into practical and commercially effective technology solutions are essential.

Experience in IT consulting, business analysis, product management, enterprise AI solutions or technology transformation projects, with the ability to manage client requirements, stakeholder relationships and the delivery of technology-based solutions.
