Salary: $75,000 $150,000 per year

Schedule: 40 50 hours per week
Location: Montreal, QC (conveniently located near Saint-Michel Metro Station)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HACCP Coordinator / Quality Control Specialist to join our growing team in Montreal. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a long-term career in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within the food manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining HACCP programs, ensuring compliance with CFIA regulations, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and helping maintain the highest food safety standards throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

* Maintain and monitor HACCP and food safety programs
* Ensure compliance with CFIA and food safety regulations
* Conduct internal inspections and audits
* Manage quality and compliance documentation
* Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
* Support continuous improvement initiatives
* Work closely with production and management teams to maintain quality standards

Qualifications

* Legal authorization to work in Canada
* Fluent in English and French
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, food safety, HACCP, or CFIA regulations is considered an asset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
