We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our Travel Account team. If you have experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and enjoy helping customers with travel-related concerns, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
- Provide accurate information regarding flights, fares, and travel policies.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone.
- Utilize GDS platforms to process reservations and travel requests.
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year BPO Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of GDS experience using any of the following:
(Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan, Galileo)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay
- Willing to work on a Night Shift
